Product Description

The Single cylinder Double doffer carding machine output from the feeder is fully combed and processed into a quantitative fiber web consisting basically of single fibers, which is transported to the next process.
1.This machine adopts four-roller feeding structure, adapting to polyester, polypropylene and other chemical fibers also adapting to part of the natural fiber carding into the net.
cast iron frame with round wall panels, stable structure.
2.Sheet metal shell laser bending, CNC bending, the use of closed shield, plexiglass window, beautiful and generous, shell cylinder lift, convenient and safe;
3.All transmission parts are treated with phosphating and rust prevention, and the phosphating color is uniform black, with strong adhesion and no color loss.
4.Base 600mm high, 300H steel for the base; both sides of the anti-skid plate maintenance walkway, convenient for daily maintenance and overhaul.
5.Equipped with suction side fan and metal detection device.
6.Bearing adopts domestic famous brand, Dongguan TR bearing (with shell) / Torrington bearing (rolling bearing).
Roller head fine turning and grinding treatment, computer balancing machine to do static / dynamic balance, control mobilization within 0.03-0.05 mm.
7.The work rollers are controlled by separate motors, adjusting the speed of the work rollers according to the different sillings and raw materials, so that the fibers can get the best carding.
