Product Description

 

1. Purpose: to draft the fiber layer which produced by cross lapping machine  or the comforter batt which produced by the oven, and configure an extended conveying curtain and 90 coiling curtain. For the coiling of stacked fiber layer, configure a sleeved conveying curtain.
2.  The wallboard is Q235A steel plate, and the frame support is 12# channel steel;
   This machine is a dual-purpose machine for coiling, slicing;
   The cutters are adjusted by air cylinder, equipped with 3 longitudinal cutters, and the cutters are φ 150 flat cutter is heat treated, and flying knife is used for cross cutting;
   The feeding rollers adopts seamless steel pipe, which is chrome plated after fine grinding, and the lifting of the upper roll is cylinder lifting;
