Main Features

• The frame wall plate is made of 6-8mm thick Q235A steel plate with CNC laser cutting; the whole machine is sprayed with plastic treatment.
• The bearings adopt domestic famous brand, Dongguan TR bearings (with shell) / Torrington bearings (rolling bearings)
• Roller shaft head fine turning and fine grinding treatment, computer balancing machine to do static / dynamic balance.
• The power of cylinder driving motor is 1.5-7.5kw (according to the use of width), and the maximum speed of cylinder is 900r/min;
• The diameter of the opening roller is φ320-500mm, and the main opening roller is dynamically balanced to ensure the stability of the rotation of the machine.
