Main Features

1.The frame is welded with square tube and connected with channel steel;
2.Three layers of conveyor curtain are used for cotton mesh conveying, and Teflon mesh is used for all three layers;
3.The insulation board shall be 1.2-1.5mm thick cold plate filled with aluminum silicate or high-density rock wool 100mm thick, and sealed with high-temperature resistant silicone nitrile rubber strip;
4.6 sets of circulating fans, 3 sets in total;
5.Natural gas is used for heating, with 6 burner nozzles, two for each layer, which is convenient for temperature regulation;
6.With front and rear stainless steel glue grooves;
7.The three-layer mesh belt is driven separately, and the main drive adopts frequency conversion control;
8.According to customer demand, the oven can be used for both glue sprayed cotton and non glue cotton;
