1. Function
After opening the bale, the weighed and distributed fiber is sent into the flat curtain and conveyed to the main blending bin, then the bale is opened and mixed by 5 opening rollers at high speed, and then the fiber raw material is conveyed by the conveying fan with the right amount of air volume for use in the later work. The fibers and raw materials after opening and mixing by this machine are well and evenly mixed for carding.
