Feed roller adopts 2 pairs of negative gauge grooved roller, can enhance the holding force of fiber, and reduce the damage to the fiber. More suitable for different kinds of precious special fiber opening, carding and mixing.

Main features;
- The frame wall plate is made of 6-8mm thick Q235A steel plate with CNC laser cutting; the whole machine is sprayed with plastic treatment.
- The bearings adopt domestic famous brand, Dongguan TR bearings (with shell) / Torrington bearings (rolling bearings)
- Roller shaft head fine turning and fine grinding treatment, computer balancing machine to do static / dynamic balance.
- The power of cylinder driving motor is 1.5-7.5kw (according to the use of width), and the maximum speed of cylinder is 900r/min;
- The diameter of the opening roller is φ320-500mm, and the main opening roller is dynamically balanced to ensure the stability of the rotation of the machine.
- The feeding curtain is wear-resistant leather curtain, and the feeding roller is steel groove roller/rack roller.
